For the “Issues Issue” of Stephens Life, I wanted to tackle some more intense topics. Inspiring women in male-dominated fields being one of them. Going into this story, I was expecting to talk about discrimination these lovely women faced. But after interviewing them all, I realized they really didn’t experience that much discrimination at all. (It’s important to note that this is not the case for every one.) This story transformed into women doing amazing things and talking about the achievements they’ve made in their male-dominated fields. It was shocking. It was inspiring. And you should read more.
